Do not use this company!!! We hired ProMaster to retile our pretty small master bathroom. We did all the demo, moved the vanity and toilet, painted the entire bathroom, re-installed all the plumbing (vanity/sink and toilet) ourselves. All they had to do was floor tile and shower tile. The person who came to quote the project was not the person who showed up for the job. I get that. But the project manager who quoted us apparently did not inform his team about the project because when they showed up, they had no idea what they were supposed to do? My boyfriend spent a significant portion of his time (aka taking time out of his work day) managing their work and instructing them on what to do. We were quoted 3 days from start to finish. Awesome (again, small bathroom). It took them ~6 days. This wouldnt be anything to complain about, except that we had to wait 2 full weeks from when they were *supposed* to be done, for them to come back and finish their job. If you quote me a time, then take up double that time, I expect you would come back that very next work day to finish up, not make your customer wait in limbo. Also, they cracked our brand new tile and had to replace the new work. They did *not* clean up after themselves. They damaged our door frame, and left a mess of grout on our white walls. Seriously, you couldn't be bothered to touch up your lines? Keep in mind, we paid $10,000 JUST for them, not including the tile we purchased and moved ourselves and all the other aforementioned work we did without them. $10k. It's now been 2-3 months since we've had them in, and the tile on our shower floor is already coming up. We are young working professionals, and we used ProMaster because they seemed genuine. We have paid way too much for the work and service we recieved. I would not recommend ProMaster for any project.

Superb service. ProMaster professionally installed an attic stairs in my home. All of my contacts with this company have been incredible. Andrew Hall gave the initial cost estimate and Dustin and Austin expertly installed the stairs. Could not be happier with this company. Highly recommend.
