Staff have always been friendly, however if your a flatbed trucker, prepare to be here for up to a few hours to get loaded or unloaded. They unload / load one bundle at a time ( no matter how small) take it to/from the rack and drop it, rinse repeat. Wish things could be sped up. Review is strictly for the slow load/unload process
