They are so horrible with answering the phones either they answer and be rude or you never get an answer. I called at 10am and it’s now going on 11am and I’m still on hold.

People here are very rude!

They are definitely unsympathetic to people in need, unless you are a family of 20 on a work visa then everything is free!

Beyond frustrated. I applied for SNAP benefits & was told I would have an intake interview last week. From 7:00am until 11:00 I waited by my phone and didn’t take my eyes off it. I never received a phone call. After hours of trying to reach customer service I’m told they called me but my phone was “disconnected” which was a flat out lie on their part because obviously I’m using the same phone to talk to you right now. So, I scheduled for another intake interview which would be today. Again, I waited by my phone from 7:00am until 11:00 and received no phone call. Again. I’ve called multiple times & can’t get ahold of anyone because their office is closed when clearly it’s not. I’m not going to get denied on someone else’s fault.

Hi Chasity, Yes. All jobs whether seasonal or permanent must be reported. You can pick up a change report form physically in the office, call or print one online.
Hi Michelle, You can apply for medicaid online or in person. If you are 18 and above you can be considered a separate household. All the things you mentioned including a state ID will also be needed for verification. Just in keep in mind that if your mother or someone else claims you as a dependent on their tax return their income will be considered when determining your medicaid case. After applying and if approved you will then have the chance to choose caresource or other provider. Hope that helps. Please feel free to ask more questions.
You'll be waiting a while. They suck at doing their jobs, why would they waste the time replying to questions on Google?
I believe you do
I would contact them via phone. It's under child care but as a provider

Call and ask.
Call and ask.
I know this is an old question but Fresh EBT from Google play is sooo much better than the official page (I can't remember the link for that page sorry). The app is free and it also gives budget tips, info on public services, coupons for grocery delivery. For anyone who has an active food program check out https://lowincomerelief.com/ebt/. This isn't a phishing page it has a ton of info sorted by state... Example Amazon Prime membership for $4.99 a month. Zoos and museums offer free admission with EBT card. Also, if you have kids that receive free school lunches you may be eligible for spectrum internet assist. So cable internet that is way better than broadband connection for $14.99 a month (proof required). So I hope this helps you and others on assistance.
Yes, that's fastest way get started on your benefits.
No i have CareSource
Im guessing the shut down
This isn’t a question.
Keep calling and make sure they have the information in their system for Butler county and not Hamilton county that happened to me
Yes there is 2 hr parking scattered around the couple blocks
Make a phone call to them they will tell you about everything u qualify for
Why would you ask on here rather than calling them and asking?
Call them and on the automated answering system will have the fax number
Call them and let them know they will set it up again with the new phone number
