This is the only coffee house I will go to. The staff is always very friendly and courteous. They go out of their way to make me feel welcomed and thrive to please each and every customer. I highly recommend this establishment to everyone.

The Iced S'mores Latte was very good, but very sweet! But the employees seemed to talk to one another rather than wait on the drive thru customer sitting at the window. All the while my coffee by the window where I could see it, ice melting.

I arrived at CCs at 5:47pm and I had one vehicle in front of me at the speaker. They were not taking this persons order either. When they finally took it and he moved up it was 7:00pm on the dot. They said sorry we’re closed. I will be sure to call and speak to their manager in the morning because that’s not right.

The coffee is good 3 out of the 5 times I've been here they let the shot die which gave it a horrible bitter taste. Its been a while since I have visited so I was unaware of the no chip policy now. I ordered my drink and went to pay for it and was told I need cash or a card with a chip. The young lady had a little attitude no biggie everyone has a bad day but when I came back I noticed there wasn't a sign on the menu but only on the drive thru window. *suggestion * please place a sign on menu to help customers know a head of time. When I pulled up to pay for my drink I want to say her name tag says "lsby" had the same attitude with me and handed me my drink with the lid not even on. I spilled half my 8.00 drink in my car!
