Why even have a mobile app if you can’t get it to accept card information to make a payment. I’ve called and asked about it and they are aware of it but still have yet to fix this. If you want to get paid make it easy for people to pay you.

Does anyone actually work in the office? Why does it say wait time is 0 minutes but you're on hold for 20 minutes? If there aren't enough employees to answer the calls, common sense says hire more people.

Called with an issue, on hold for about 20 seconds. Technician arrived within 45 minutes and problem solved. Couldn't have been any more efficient.

Call customer service and tell them you paid. You will need to sign the pink flyer if nobody will be home other wise they won't turn the water on. The water would be turned on today between the time you called to 5pm.
You can call the office and just give your name or social security number and they can look you up. You can't do it on the weekend.

I livel near the Cold Spring Alex border and my water is out for the past several hours. I can see down 27 and it looks like they are working there, I don't know for sure.
