This should be a zero star review. I called to hold a package that had computer parts for my son. They said they would hold it, but put it on the route anyway. It wouldn’t normally be a big deal but it is my sons first time building a computer and we were going to take the computer to a shop to make sure he did everything right. Due to store hours he will have to wait an additional two days now. Overall this post office can’t listen to anybody. This isn’t even the first time something like this has happened to us!
