I don't know how this CVS is still in business. I was sick with covid and a script was sent from the local ER on Tuesday around noon. I got an email from CVS acknowledging they had received it. After 2 days of not getting it filled, I called and told them to transfer it to Walmart. The lady was so rude and threatened to hang up on me. I was so sick and could barely talk. I will drive out of town before I do business with this CVS again. They don't deserve 1 star but I had no choice to give 0.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with.

Sign says close at 10 pm , it's only 8:30 and was already closed. Web site said closing soon. Hmm. Already closed. Waste of time stopping here.

Where do I start. That I was made wait 31days or that going in at 1:10, I was told we are going on lunch. Come back at 2:30. Lunch is at 1:30, I have to be at work at 2. They had 20 minutes but decided too take an early lunch. Oh did I mention, I had got a text that my medicine was ready for pick up. What the hell CVS. We have lives too. Don't act like you know me and judge me because of the medicine I take. ... The end. Oh yeah I'm late for work

Worked there for a bit, I didn't sign a NDA or anything but it's probably best to not go over specifics. Regardless, corporate puts so many restraints on the employees for the sake of financial gain that you 100% could replace everyone in that pharmacy with the best of the best and they still wouldn't be able to fix the store. I CAN say that they do listen to surveys, so if you really want to make a difference in that pharmacy, filling out a survey is the best way to get corporate's attention.
They stay super busy, the lines are very long. And sometimes their so busy they don't answer the phone. Very frustrating!!
At time of writing, no, this store does not sell alcohol due to legal complications within the county regarding the sale of alcohol. I don't know the specifics but I worked there when they tried and the county rejected it, there's a big yellow sign in one of the window sills that explains it better than me.
Most items are expensive at every CVS as an incentive to get you to use their ExtraCare rewards system, as well as potentially sign up for CarePass. Buying things outright will always cost a pretty penny, but utilizing their multitude of coupons (in the correct manner) can save you quite a bit. However, figuring out what coupons work and which do not is a pain, so I just go to WalMart.
