Last night my boyfriend and I ordered their $20 box deal. Around midnight I got really nauseous and ended up vomiting until about 6am. My boyfriend got the same symptoms shortly after being he ate later than I did, and he's still vomiting. I called the store today and when I asked for a manager I was hung up on. I called back and they told me she wasn't in yet and would call me back. I called corporate, but they weren't open on weekends and said "please contact us through Facebook, twitter, or our website" I made a tweet and was almost immediately contacted, and finally got a call around 4-5pm today from the store manager. I told her what happened and she said to call 1-800-dominos because she couldn't do anything. All I wanted was a refund and to let them know about the food poisoning so they could check their food. I'd hate for anybody especially a kid to go through what my boyfriend and I are going through. But she only seemed concerned about my tweet before talking to her. And it's really sad because I ordered from this location all the time. I don't think I'll be able to stomach pizza again for awhile let alone dominos. The $20, vomiting, still being nauseous, stomach cramps, and missing a whole day of work wasn't worth the 4 slices of pizza I ate. Wont be a returning customer.

Food was hot, laid perfectly, and Drake the delivery driver was exceptionally kind and polite! It was service with a smile!

Ordered 2 med pizzas tonight that took over an hour to arrive. 2 med pizzas! I will admit this is the 1st bad experience ive had with dominoes but 2 hours? For 2 pizzas?

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS DOMINOS!!! First time ordering and paying online at store 5262. I pulled up to the window and gave them my order number. The window attendant said "What's your name?" In a real rude and condescending attitude. I said Okay, didn't know that you need my name instead of order number. Then He shoved a credit card slip in my face and said , "here sign this". Asked him why do I need to sign this, I already paid online. Again with condescending attitude he said that's receipt is for you to leave a tip. I told him sorry! just wanted to make sure I wasn't being charged twice. And then I thought to myself, Huh? I drove to the drive up fast food restaurant and was treated poorly by this guy and he expects me to tip." So I just gave back the receipt to him unsigned and he replied, "Thank you for you for being so generous." My blood began to boil. But, my wife was with me so I refrained cursing this joker out. He wasn't some young new to the workforce teenager. What's wrong with people today. Why do owners hire and keep this people who damage their reputation and business. It's becoming like this everywhere in Lafayette. Might as well just stay home and cook.
