The staff here is amazing. The only thing i didn't care for was they have to keep the side doors locked at all times. I understand it is for safety reasons for both the guest and staff however if your room is on the end it would be nice to be able to use your key for entry.

Positive: Staff friendliness and personability Negative: My first room did not have a shower head so was in able to use rhe shower. No bathtubs in the room. Had to move rooms at 10:30 pm. Lost sleeping time

If I had a no star choice I would.Worst place to stay. Microwave was so gross had old food in it table was about to fall apart still left over food in the cabinets. Drawers were disgusting would never stay here ever again

First I would like to say that the gentleman who checked me into my room was very nice. Unfortunately the pleasantness ends there. The lobby and halls were not well taken care of and needed some repairs. My room was a "handicap" room (I didn't request one) so there wasn't a bathtub. The shower was large but it was gross looking. There is no way I would sit on the seat provided. I stood on a towel while taking a shower. The shower head was very high up and it had terrible water pressure. Definitely not a relaxing shower after being on the road all day. My towels had black smudges that could either be mascara or grease stains. The bed wasn't made and there wasn't any bedding in the room. I was given the needed blankets and I made my bed as I am an adult. The pillows were not fluffy or firm or very comfortable. I didn't sleep well at all. Though this is an extended stay hotel there wasn't much in the room to use. No clock, pots/pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, etc. I don't know if any of this would be available upon request but after a long day, no one wants to keep calling the front desk. The stove top was rusted and would most likely smell when turned on. The room already smelled weird. The kitchen sink dripped all night and the stove hood was very dusty. Needless to say, I won't be going back.
