Its the best pharmacy in town but some of the pharmacy members are very rude and not helpful when it comes to getting information regarding a prescription. No manager was on duty and when you call in they play on the phone instead of helping you.

Best customer service I have ever had, I was looking for a battery for my key fob, the ladie I asked to help me didn’t even work at this cvs! She still helped me and they also helped me put the battery in my key fob! Great visit!

Dropped off my son's prescription at 5:30pm. Came back to pickup at 9:30pm at the 24 hour cvs. The pharmacist comes to the window and tells me it's not ready. Really!?! After 4 hours?! What were y'all doing? Did you forget to fill? She told me it would be another 30 minutes. After 30 minutes my prescription still wasn't ready. I sit at the drive thru an additional 10 minutes before finally getting his medicine. SMH CVS.

This is the WORST pharmacy I. Town. On 3-4 occasions I have dropped off my Rx before 5pm on a Saturday. They always respond with we will let you know when it's ready. No problem because they are open 24 hours. The problem is, when I go back to pick it up, they tell me that they do not have my medication in stock. So now there are no pharmacies open in town and I'm having to wait till the following day. Out of common courtesy they could have looked to see if they had my medication prior to me driving off to let me know that they did not have it so that I could go to another Pharmacy while it is still open. They are rude and have no concern for their patients. Their excuse is always we were very busy or we have a lot of new staff or we're training people. Well if you have to be taught to have common sense then the pharmacy is probably not some place that you need to make your life career. It only takes a second to check and see if you have the medication available for the prescription you are going to be handing over to the pharmacist. Waiting until someone comes to pick up their medication a few hours later is an inappropriate time to tell someone that you do not have their medication and they will just have to get over it until the next day
