Went today for a late lunch. The food was great as usual. Jazz our server was awesome, even though they were shorthanded and she seemed to be doing many jobs beside just hers. She gave us great service with a smile. I observed a good amount of teamwork today, chef came out to help seat and bus tables, you don't see much teamwork in restaurants anymore and it makes such a big difference.

We went to this Red Lobster for my wife's birthday. I told the guy that seated us it was my wife's birthday hoping they might do something. We both had the Monday special endless shrimp, let's say it wasn't too endless we had to beg for a couple more shrimp that took 20 minutes to come. We also ask if we could please refill our ice tea which took 20 minutes to bring, it was warm, no ice, To top it off, my wife was never even wished a happy birthday. It's just irritating to spend $60 on a meal that is just average and the service is so poor. Red Lobster, we're done!

I ordered food from here via curbside pick up last week. Once I got home I was putting sour cream on my baked potato I noticed the consistency was lumpy as I checked the back it was expired. I called them and the guy who answered was very nice he left a message for the general manager who has yet to get back with me. Very disappointed as you see this was just sitting in their fridge it's March not February
