A part from the very slow service at the deli and 1 rude cashier male always at the self checkout, I have no complaints. Very clean, organized and well stocked. What you always expect from Publix.

I used to come here often and grab my favorite Publix's subs. But the last 4 times I have came the same lady named ARI takes 25 minutes to make a single whole sub. Not an exaggeration I timed it, next time I will just go to firehouse next door.

It's a Publix. It's a nice grocery store. I was disappointed in them today. I went by around 8:30 PM to get a sandwich from the deli on my way home. As I walk over to the deli section which is usually busy this time of night I see close to a dozen people waiting in line for subs. I see one employee at the sandwich counter. As I'm waiting in line with a lot of other people He walks away visibly frustrated after putting a roll down on the counter and walks to the back of the store in the employee area. After waiting 10 minutes, and the employee not returning to the counter 3 more people entered the line. I decide to then leave due to the amount of people, and the employee not returning. As I asked to talk to a manager at the front of the store, and proceed to tell him the situation. I said that the deli may need assistance, and it seems like you have a lot of frustrated customers over there. He proceeds to give me one of the "well you know.... it gets busy this time of day and hes probably helping a customer" Completely disregarding what I just explained to him, and that he has unhappy customers. Seemingly uninterested to do something to remedy the situation. So I left without a sandwich in hand, and disappointed in the way that management responded to a concern from a customer. I went to the publix on Goldenrod, and University. It's out of the way on my drive home, but where I've never had an issue.

Literally one of my favorite supermarkets to go to when ever i’m in the US. Has variety, i always find what im looking and most importantly they sell killer sandwiches at their deli! (I recommend Boar’s head Italian classic, never fails!). Overall the supermarket is very organizes and things are always fresh.
