If i could rate this place negative stars I would. I was told i was annoying in the drive thru because i was ordering for my family of six. I mean i thought you come to work to be of service, I'm sure the owner would love my business. Staff is extremely ghetto. I am reaching out to corporate about my experience. THIS SHOULDN'T HAPPEN TO ANYONE!!!!!

This Dunkin’ has the worst service when they decide they will be actually open. Been several times during the week around 6:00 and they are closed when the website says till 8:00p.m. Today we went at 4:30 and they were closed. I called the other Dunkin’ in the area and they were open. If you really want a Dunkin and consistent service go down the road on 434 in winter Springs they are the nicest employees and they follow the schedule that is posted on the website.

How can this place have their doors locked at 9:15 on a Saturday morning? Only taking drive through. Poor, poor, poor. At least have the courtesy to put a sign on the door. And use big font when you do.

We had a vehicle that we brought to the shop across the street at Automotive One. We figured we would grab coffee next door at Dunkin Donuts. The staff although friendly kept coughing quite often and although I appreciate them washing their hands she was sick. Not only was she sick she was handling food and interacting with others. Not the best feeling when your area is in the flu season. The place itself was clean and had comfortable seating options including a outdoor patio. The store also had fast Wifi and charging options for laptops etc. We got a run of the mile iced coffee and bagel toasted with cream cheese. Nothing special but tasted fine.
