I almost backed out of a condo purchase two days before closing due to the poor management of this company. This company single-handedly held up documents needed for a closing date because they would not return phone calls, emails and answer questions for a weeks. Personally, I left multiple messages for Mike to find out about Move in procedures. The day before closing, I received notice about fees needed to be paid BEFORE the release of a Paid assessment letter at 1:30 in the afternoon. Cashiers checks and an orientation had to submitted by 5:00 that day in order to get the necessary documents. I had to leave work to make that happen. Had Mike and David returned the multiple phone calls by multiple people regarding this property, the whole process would have been run more efficiently. While at closing today, I heard various complaints from others in the title company office complaining of similar issues. This was after I found out at the closing , along with the attorney and real estate agents present, that that I needed to produce another $462 that day. Had Park Management let us know this in advance, we wouldn’t have been scrambling to arrange the funds THE DAY OF! My loan officer and attorney actually offered to write a personal check to assist because we were FLOORED to find out this the day of closing. I haven’t even moved in to the building yet and I already have nothing positive to say about the management skills. Thank you to Margie for answering the many calls and responding kindly and Austen for trying to get things done. Park Management, get it together. I do not normally write reviews, but the amount of stress you caused was not necessary.

Worst HOA management company we've ever dealt with. Took us almost an entire month from our original closing date in order to actually close on the sale of our condo because Park PMS would not provide the required documents to our buyer's lender (which the request was paid in full). David Kress is extremely incompetent and his actions were absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. Park PMS is very good at ignoring phone calls and emails.

We rented a townhouse through them for almost four years. We moved out July 2020 on good terms and still haven’t received our security deposit back after multiple calls and emails.

Very few businesses read these questions, particularly not big ones. Given the number of *terrible* reviews this place has, I can all but guarantee that they aren't the exception to that rule.
