Started with room that smelled like smoke. Moved to another. No shower curtain in that room. Had front desk person install one because did not want to change rooms again. That seemed to work. But this room also has some issues needing addressed by maintenance. Door knob ready to come off bathroom and the faucet in shower extremely loose. You would think during the cleaning and room prep process these would be touched by housekeeping and maintenance called to fix them. Makes you wonder a little. I did receive some extra points for the issues. Just wanted to make sure someone knows about it. I told front desk folks upon leaving.

Was okay. We’ve stayed here overnight on our trips to Florida from Michigan. Customer service is the selling point. Decor is updated but cleanliness can be questionable at times. Nothing major, mainly deep cleaning areas such as corners and dust in areas that again, deep cleaning would take care of.

Very comfortable. Very clean. Well lit rooms. Snack food purchase area at front desk, well stocked with large variety of snack and items like tuna salad snackers. Staff very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was ready and hot. Take away containers if your in a hurry and want to eat on the road. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. IHG is doing a great job!
