Bring sandwichs with you if you use their pharmacy. The wait is amways terrible. The poor workers need more help.

The pharmacy staff is sub-par and inefficient. I fight to get the correct refill each month and I am never contacted when the prescriptions are ready. They were our of a med supply for a 90 day refill , they said they didn't have enough to fill the 90 day. I had to ask how much was in stock and they said 30 pills, I had to prompt them to make an adjustment to the script to I had my medication. Why did I have to figure this simple solution. Instead they tried sending me to Dunedin to get the full script filled. No brains or critical thinking skills from the tech at all. Go to walgreens.

Yesterday evening I spoke with Pharmacy and he gave me much needed info about my meds and side effects...as well as scripts that will be filled. Very up to date about meds and professional manner and quick to solve my concerns..He also was patient and explained what I needed to know about safe dosages..thorough and polite. Thanks Glad to know I can always trust CVS my local pharmacists for giving me correct info

I decided to try this CVS instead of the one closer to my home due to a few bad experiences there. I am glad I decided to go to this one, I had a great customer service experience with Diana this morning. She was extremely pleasant, professional and was very knowledgeable with her job. She told me about the care pass (which no one ever did before), answered my questions, check on price adjustment and just was a caring human being. I will definitely be going the few extra miles to visit this location because of the great customer service experience I had.
