I'd leave zero Stars if I could, this Banks has taken so money from My Husband & I and are continuing to screw us over, Wells Fargo closed our Business account where we Receive thousands of Dollars every month & they decided to close to Account after 4 years with ZERO Notice! 2 days before the 1st & the day we were supposed to receive our deposit from our Business..Thousands of Dollars, they closed the account without any notice so once our money was Dropped the account was Closed so we have no Access to our money, so we can't play rent, can't pay our bills and can't buy groceries which we DEPEND on that money & Wells Fargo can't tell us where our money is or how we will receive it, we have Tried going into the Branch, we have tried calling and everyone has been Rude with us and can't tell us where our Momey is or when we will receive the Check, they have also put us into the NEGATIVE with overdraft fees even though we deposited multiple checks into our account..they tell us that have to place our checks on hold and don't have an Answer as to why...its ridiculous and We would like to close our accounts here but I NEED MY money!

Great branch ~ Friendly , helpful people top to bottom. My PB Michael Chambers has been a big help to me. I've used BOA and Chase ~ Wells Fargo is far superior.

Came in to open an account. Two people were waiting in front of me. The wait was super long and one of them got sick of waiting and left. They said had been waiting an hour before they left. The other people, who had been waiting just as long if not longer, were finally seen by a banker. I’m next in line to be seen. After like 30 minutes had gone by the teller, unpromoted, informs me that I’ll be next and be seen soon, then apologizes for the wait. 15 minutes after they sit down to see a banker another banker gets free. Instead of helping me, she helps another customer who had just arrived 5 minutes prior. At that point I had been there for 45 minutes at least. The banker that took someone else before me intentionally didn’t look at me as if she knew I had been waiting but simply didn’t want to assist me. She then did the exact same thing AGAIN except this time both myself and the person waiting in line AFTER ME let her know I was next. I don’t know why she SAW ME SITTING FOR 45 MINUTES and TRIED TO TAKE TWO CUSTOMERS AHEAD OF ME. Bad experience overall

Great PERSONAL banking experience. No Lame B of A "We have NO POWER" at the branch here to make any decisions. Blah Blah Blah. Very nice personal banker with a DIRECT Phone number to thier desk phone for questions!
