I had very good experience with Alvil. They pay well. They provide new equipment. Very nice managers and helpful staff. The parking lot at the yard is a little tight, when I first started I was nervous to park my truck, I asked Igor and he parked it for me. I was pleased to be hired as not experienced new driver and get decent amount of money. WHAT A GREAT TEAM WORKS IN THERE! Logbook staff: always there for us to teach and explain patiently. Dispatchers: always work with our needs. Even one of them, Robert, when I asked his work hours, he said "Please feel free to call me 24/7 if you have a problem, I want to make sure that the load is delivered!" -What a great character. Drivers always get texts about weather alerts, DOT tests and helpful tips. And finally the managers are so nice and always on driver's side. I'll give you examples: I was waiting for my truck to be serviced at the yard and needed to print an important form. Dennis directed me to the office and I was able to use his computer and printer. That ment a lot to me Or: I scratched somebody's truck in truck stop, was very nervous, Igor was on the phone with me the entire time, emailing a form to fill out for the settlement and giving me helpful tips.
