Best bet is to register on their portal page. Which should of given to you when you first applied for benefits, if not then you will need to go into the office, they hardly answer the phones....
If I normally certify for benefits on Wednesdays, but accidentally certify on Thursday, when would I receive my payment? Monday first thing?

man i got the same problem as you i cant do online application due to this
ID or SSS card. I also suggest bringing in any documents that you have received from them and anything else that can help you when you speak to them. They're not trustworthy whatsoever and quite incompetent in many areas. Make sure you know the name of the person you are talking with as well. It's ridiculous I know but it's needed. They're not there to help you at all from my own experience it seems there out to make your life problematic actually.
Past record of emploment, will need start n end times. Address + phone number of past employments...or any past benefits collected, link, work comp, etc...
