Here on a business trip. The staff is friendly but 3 days in and cannot get the wifi to work. Front desk says it's At&t. Either way the place is decent and clean. Will probably give them a second chance if I'm ever in Ponca City again

Had problem as soon as we arrived. The "curb" at entrance sloped up with no paint as a warning.... very unsafe! My mother, who has been recovering from stage 4 cancer plus problem that has left a quarter size hole on the side of her head, didn't see the difference in height of the "curb". She fell flat out. Scared my sister and I so bad. Went in to get some help. There was nobody around. Started yelling for help and finally, after a few minutes hollering, a VERY rude girl showed up and didn't care at all about the problem outside. We finally persisted to talk to a manager. She was more helpful. But I can't imagine a front desk clerk nowhere near her position she's supposed to work, then not caring at all that our mother was injured. Outside of the dealing with the horrible, rude young girl at the front desk our visit was pretty good. That's the only reason I gave 3 stars. If I were only rating on our check in and problem getting into the building I would give no more than 1 star. I've never dealt with someone that was SO rude and didn't give a .... flip.... that someone was injured at their place of business.

Worst stay ever as a Hilton honors member, pool and breakfast closed without any notice from website or even front desk. Management at checkin quite unfriendly and unhelpful and no acknowledgement when leaving, very low traffic hotel now I no why. Highest price stay I have had in Midwest US with Hilton. Make sure to keep google maps handy, no entrance marked for hotel, look for holiday inn will have to go through their parking lot to get to this hotel. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again! Holiday Inn or even Wyndham much better choice in Ponca City.
