The house was very clean and cozy! A hidden gem.. neighbors and others not sure if it was management as I’ve seen some other reviews but got a few awkward stares and random trash outside the home.. however inside the home we felt safe and at ease. There’s a train that goes by a lot but wasn’t too much of an issue. Communication with Tim and the We R Wichita Team was great they checked on us and responded quickly as well as gave great detailed check in and check out information.

Take Kids Outside

RAILROAD=Train horn all night. Backs up to a very loud street where motorists often like to share their music and the modifications to their exhaust systems. Shares a parking lot with a gas station/convenience store, which was nice in the morning to fill up prior to heading out. Trash was overflowing. The grass was very well cared for. Caps for our sewer line and the site next to us were missing allowing the sewer gasses to escape. It is important to support locally owned businesses and I feel bad as they cannot help the train track or how other motorist drive on the roads around them. Unfortunately this park did not make the "return to" list.
