This is usally my go to place for chinese. It's the best Chinese in the KC metro IMO. I love the princess chicken, which is like a buttery sweet and sour. A lot of places try this type of breading and fail to make it crispy, but fortune wok gets it right every time. I also like the sesame and orange chicken with fried rice (it's an upcharge but well worth it) the pekking beef is also a favorite of mine. This last visit they made every dish spicy. Princess chicken has never ever been spicy to me and it just suddenly was. They offered to remake it and that was so nice. I still will come back, but be sure to tell them the spice level you want because the cooks are inconsistent with the sauces.

What can I say about this place. This place has been an OG spot in OP for the longest time. I have been dinning here for half my life. My favorite to go dish is the Pad Thai. It simply the best. This place has truly stayed consistent throughout the years. Friendly, great staff. I highly recommend this place to any friends, family, or event. The owner is awesome & treats his staff fairly. Keep it up!
