The primitive group camp is quiet and peaceful. Great view of the water. Definitely worth the fee. But, the road still needs repaired from the floods a couple years ago.

We are at Turkey Point camping & don't know who did the drive to the camp spot or the camp spot but they have made a real mess of it. They did not pack it & it already has ruts in it &Dunkin spots where you park your equipment. Who ever did this job should be ashamed at the quality of work they did, it's not even hot yet & just wait tell next month when things warm up & it really sinks when you park your rig. Some one or a bunch of people is going to be real madwhen this tar & chip deal gets all over their vehicle's & RV's you just wait & see.

Not camping, just drove around the area. I hadn't been there in a long time. Most camping spots have electricity and water. Didn't check closely to see if any also had sewer hook ups. It's a GREAT get away spot, especially this time of the year! Fall camping has been a favorite of mine.
