Service is not a "big priority", it's not the everyday employees but I would have to believe that it's the management

I have lived in the Watson area for 13 years and never had a good experience at that Burger King. They are very slow and one time i got home went to eat my fish sandwich and what a surprise. They forgot the fish. Ordered 4 got 3 and an a extra bun. Wasn't happy driving back. Manager replaced sandwich. But didn't offer to comp for the inconveniences.
