I wish I never bought my Genesis car. I love the car quality and performance. Unfortunately, terrible service, every service experience with both Genesis of Corona and Genesis of Cerritos are terrible, upset and disappointed. I highly doubt Genesis can build their name at luxury brand without improving the service. Genesis car has 5 stars quality, but because of the under 1 star service, I will not recommend this car to anyone. With the money paid for the luxury car, not worth to get all the headache because of the poor service.

I couldn't be happier with my experience with Genesis of Corona and purchasing a new 2.5T GV70 Sport Prestige in Adriatic Blue exterior and Black interior. I have been running around to different Genesis dealerships trying to find the right model, trim, and interior/exterior color. A few other dealerships gave me the run around and failed to reply and just generally weren't that helpful. It was definitely worth the hour drive to purchase my car from this dealership. On Friday I was looking online for the GV70 and found that Genesis of Corona had it in stock that arrived that day, I reached out that afternoon and asked for some more details. Dana was amazing and was willing to go out and take photos of the car in the evening and send them over for me to review. Unfortunately I was going to be out of town on Saturday (and at the time of this the demand for the car is really high) but Dana was more than willing to work with me. I told him I was extremely interested and I was able to put down a refundable deposit on the car with an appointment for Sunday. Upon getting there I am greeted by a cleanly washed, gorgeous GV70 parked right in front. Met up with Dana and was given the opportunity to go on a test drive with my family and it was love at first drive. Once back to the dealership the negotiation was painless, it was MSRP with no dealer markup which is basically unheard of in this day and age of the global chip shortage and car prices. It took a few hours to sort out the paperwork, but the sales and staff there were amazing and I would 100% recommend this dealership to anyone. After all the paperwork was done Dana took another 30 minutes to sit in the car and explain all the different tech features of the car, the dash, the mobile app, and answered any questions I had. Besides the dealership, the car itself is absolutely amazing with all the features, warranty, price, etc. Even with the dealership being a drive, they still honor the Genesis Concierge and Valet which is amazing so I don't have to worry about any of the basic maintenance for the first 3 years. It was truly an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend buying a car from this dealership.
