Been having issues chase for charging me too many fee. I been loyal to then for 10 years. But just got tired with bad customer service and stress they bring to solve issues. Hope someone see this thinks about joining chase.

If you're a small business owner DO NOT BE FOOLED. Chase small business banking is not a good solution for small business. Every deposit I make into the account gets put on a hold ranging from 4-10 days. Nobody at this bank can tell me why it happens or how to prevent it and after multiple times being lied to that it's "standard protocol" for deposits into a newer account and won't happen again, it continues happening. I am now trying to close the account and pull my money but have nearly $5000 being held in limbo and the "temporary" hold keeps getting extended. This is my first ever experience with Chase bank and it will certainly be my last. Will be going to a credit union or Wells Fargo where I hold another account and have never had an issue. Save yourself the headache and go to a bank that actually cares about small businesses.

You have to place your card on the door scanner either slide it in or use the chip and tap then open the door to the lobby. The rest of the inside of the bank is closed up and locked with electronic doors in the inside. But there should be three or four ATMs in the entrance lobby that you can use 24/7
Well it's outside the actual entrance, but the door is locked and is accessible using your atm card, Just swipe with your atm card to get inside. There are two atm machines.
