I lived here 1.5 years. Very hard to get ahold of someone to help with any help with billing and house problems. Has taken months to get the right paperwork. When they say it's in the mail expect it 3 months later after playing phone tag roulette for every week promising it's fixed. On site management tried but corporate was a mess. I'm glad I was able to finally get my paperwork squared away. Still waiting on the final over balance for 3 months now.

My review is do not rent from this place till you do all the research...it took over a year to get our roads fixed and we only got that done because the manager Lisa was fighting for us the tenants. She is no longer here ..so no one knows who to call for emergencies, Saratoga does not provide you any information for things like that but they will sure email you when you are a day late with their rent money.Trust me when I say...do tons of research.

I highly recommend going through SG Communities. I have never had anyone so caring and pushing for us to get exactly what we want in a home. They care about your wants and needs! I am going through Lisa to put a home in Maple Village in Goddard, and she is such a blessing. I have never met anyone like her! She is going the extra mile for us through this process of getting a home. Lisa has spent so much time listening to what we want and trying to make it happen for my family and I. She is so passionate about making sure we are getting what we want when it comes to a home. Lisa is simply awesome is the best way to describe her! She continues to show us grace through this process. Lisa is sick and still is trying to make things happen on our behalf. She is trying her best to accommodate us wherever she can. I highly recommend going through SG Communities for a home. You won't be dissapointed!
