Two small complaints, one was a noticed (two day after a got it home) a small tear (1 x1 +/-) in the rear plastic skid plate, I believe was done when lifting machine out of the crate. Actually, I found two more areas in the plastic skid plates from most likely the cargo company with damage. Second thing is the shipping charge on the Service Manual I order was almost double what Suzuki has listed on their website." Since, I originally wrote this post, Arkport Cycles replaced all (3) damaged plastic skid plates while I waited in the area. Also, Tracy in the parts department gave me a partial credit on the shipping charge. To my amazement, Suzuki charges the dealership more for shipping charges on a "Service Manual" than they do to a retail customer!

There's a place in Hornell that does it but they're not open on Sundays. I'm pretty sure Arkport Cycles does not. The place in Hornell is on Thatcher St and used to be Pete's Automotive. Not sure of the actual address but its a red and white garage across from Bathricks Florist. Hope that helps.
