My wife and I ad a great time tasting Bill’s delicious ciders and Riesling’s and petting the dogs and cats that were hanging out with us. Also learned quite a bit from Bill on the history of cider and distilling in New Jersey. A must stop on your wine trail visit to the finger lakes.

Had a flight and got some cider bottles to go. Great conversation with Bill! Would highly recommend if in the finger lakes region! Cats and dogs on premises were friendly!
