Don’t waste your time here! I scheduled a week ahead and took time off from work for my appt and was told they can’t see me for my appt when i came. If this is how you treat new patients then u don’t need my business!!

I had a great experience today which was an emergency work in. Everyone was very helpful and professonal. Everyone made me feel very comfortable and was very helpful to all of my needs. From exray, the exam, and the Dr. was easy to talk to and very informative. He answered all of my questions. From there they worked me in for a cleaning. I’ve had good luck with Aspen Dental in my various locations that include San Antonio, TX and Baton Rouge, LA but the location on the south side of Des Moines is a huge waste of time and gave me zero confidence that they are capable of conducting any professional services in the dental industry. Save yourself the tooth ache and go some somewhere else… anywhere else!
