If I could give zero stars I would! Unless you like to be treated with disrespect I wouldn’t shop here even if it’s the last Ford dealer in the United States! Trying to find a f150 these days is not the easiest. I’ve been working with a dealer for the past 3 days straight and they have been amazing! I will give them my business but not Whittaker! They had the perfect truck for me! Brand new 2022 f150 and I called them to see if they can send the truck closer to me since I’m 3-4 hours away! Since they wouldn’t do that I asked if they can help me with pricing to drive all the way there and the person I worked with on the phone had a lot of attitude with me the whole conversation! I am very disappointed in this store. Considering I was willing to drive my f250 that gets 10 mpg there! They wont work with you at all! I’ll be driving to the dealer in Seneca falls on Monday since they came off sticker price to compensate for me driving there. I will be calling corporate first thing Monday on my way to buy a brand new truck some where else!

I went in for an oil change and there was a small scuff on my truck, I just inquired about getting it touched up and they did it right then only took a couple extra minutes and they didn’t even charge me!!! Quality vehicles and service.
