I wouldn't necessarily go for them first. They're customer service isn't the friendliest and if you have a legitimate complaint then expect some push-back. I wouldn't want to be a member of their customer service department as they don't really rectify issues other than saying "you're good to go" with no other conclusion or explanation and the chat just ending. I've been watching my accounts for the automatic payments to pull to come to the conclusion of it not being set up when they said they were last month. I'd say the customer service department could use some work by asking additional follow-up questions before the conversation abruptly ends while you're using their online chatting service. I understand I'm 1 customer in a line of a few others so get them in and get them out, but I was asked "Are you still there?" 3 seconds later the conversation was terminated when I still needed assistance with my account. The first representative didn't even ask a follow-up or ensure my account was good (same circumstances as last month) and just ended the conversation. Also, don't be 1 day behind due for whatever reason, (even their own), they report it immediate to the credit bureau, even if it's paid within 15 days of being late. Explore your options before deciding to help a credit union😊
