TSA opens 20 minutes before the flight to Chicago.

My daugheter flies in and out of this airport at least once a month. They have a sign hat says arrive up to 20 mins for your flight if traveling without lugge=age to check in. My daughter got to the airport 1 hour before checkin as always. Today the kids they ahve working there at checkin could not be found. She waited over 30 mins for someone to come to the desk and when they finally arrived they told her she was to late to check in and couldn't get on the flight. They said she would have to come back on another day to try to rebook. She had to leave the dorm, had no openings in Quincy and no other flights to take. When I asked to speak to the girls manager the manager said hello then lais the phone down on the counter and walked away from the phone. Worst customer service ever. Can't get anyone on the phone to chat about this.

One of the most racist people are working in this airport. Despite my daughter was throwing up on way to airport and there was a delay. Plane was there but despite repeated request, the racist lady did nothing other than expressing her racist attitude. They didn't allow us to go.

My first time being there other than when pouring concrete runways. The place was clean and staff was very nice. Had breakfast while there and would definitely eat there again. Price was good also!
