you'll have to call the schedule an appointment right now to to get your car tagged you will need proof of insurance and the title to the vehicle but if you can't get a hold of them by phone they recommend that you do it online.

I have pictures of my insurance cards on my phone. Will this work for proof of insurance to do the vehicle registration renewal.
