They were extremely busy. Only 2 cashiers, and 1 cashier for the drive through. All we wanted was to speak to a banker. After standing for 25 minutes in line we left and went to another location.

The worst bank so far. I am out $200 almost. And no response.. Their atms are down all the time. Manager doesn't care. Not recommended.

Drive through takes FOREVER! Last several times I’ve been in drive through it’s taken at least 30 minutes. This last time I had one car in front of me who took over 15 minutes. Then when it was my turn I put my stuff in the tube in wasn’t even acknowledged for about eight minutes. Then after I confirmed I was making a deposit it took another 12 minutes to get my receipt. This is not a one time thing it’s every time I come, very frustrating. This is unacceptable service UPDATE: 7/31/21 STILL JUST AS SLOW NO CHANGES WHATSOEVER WORST BANK EVER - we were in drive through at least 30 minutes this time while I had a toddler in the backseat crying that he had to use the bathroom. There has been no improvements over the past year at this location, every time I come I wait 20+ minutes. This bank should just shut down a couple of drive through lanes, if your short staffed don’t take on more lanes than you can handle.

What happens when a campus card is lost or stolen?

All cardholders need to report a lost or stolen ID card to the school’s card office to deactivate the campus functions and to be issued a new card. If the ID card was linked to their bank account, the cardholder must also report it to U.S. Bank. Cardholders won't be held responsible for any unauthorized purchases as long as the card is reported missing right away, and the school will have no liability for fraudulent use or overdrafts arising from campus card transactions.
