Hey Mary, we do have the filters and the first filter screens in stock available for you. I apologize that you did not receive chemical instructions, we can definitely get those to you as well as give you some guidance on maintaining the spa.
Hey Stephen. You can take the motor unit to either one of our locations. The repairs are done at our Greece location, so if you do drop it off at our East Rochester location it will take an extra day to transport to the Greece location for repair. Both stores are open until 6 PM through Thursday.
Hello Marilyn, we do carry pool pillows for closing. We have a 4 foot by 4 foot (recommended for round pools) for $7.99, and a 4 foot by 8 foot (recommended for oval pools) for $14.99.
I would leave dog it's a pool supply store ,lots of pool chemicals
I would just use wax for skis as needed
