Obviously no customer service skills training. I often find a window being slammed in my face, right as I'm about to say thank you. ALSO, are their monitors in Japanese??? My order is wrong 90% of the time. Ugh

Staff was visibly overworked. Food took awhile. Even got to witness a manager yelling at an old lady, who I might add was not in the right either.

getting rid of the Styrofoam large drink cups is a VERY Bad idea...... it's like ???? seriously....thats the Best thing about going to McDonald's.... that's how the drink stays cold..... hello??? who's idea was this anyway?????

Breakfast all day

I have attempted to "suggest an edit" to correct the times google has posted THREE times and it does not ever correct it. I work for this restaurant and they are not 24 hours, they are closed from 2am-5am.
