My son and grandkids came from Reno Nevada on a bus and I picked them up here. I didn’t go in and they were waiting outside for me. What a day that was

The phone number listed on the website and Google is disconnected. All the bus companies leave at the same time (11:30pm).

Reliable, inexpensive. Driver was generally smooth like a cloud. Nicest folks I have ever ridden with on a Greyhound/Jefferson....was actually wishing I was feeling more sociable. People just chatting freely and a relaxed tone. Public transport, delivered well.

The tickets are cheap, but you get what you pay for. The buses are clean and there was plenty of room for me.

Mostly they have uptodate info on their website. From my own experience, they have only one bus on that route,.
Actually there is a small parking area. It's not associated with the bus station, but you can leave your car parked for a few short days. No charge.
Dont know . Yeah des moines has a big bus station but maybe look on there web site and see iam sorry
They can help you if ya speak spanish. They have people that help.
You can find this information at their website https://www.jeffersonlines.com/plan-your-trip/book-now/

Depends on the pet. Dogs are ok as long as you keep them on their leash. Cats are ok too as long as they stay in their kennels while on the bus. Call customer service if you're not sure if your pet would be approved to ride with you.
Yes they are. As long as their service dogs
I'm so so sorry. What a terrible experience. I'm sure if you contact the Jefferson Lines they have a lost and found or unclaimed baggage and a chance to try to retrieve your boot. Now with the bad service you can definitely file a complaint with the bus company with the route and the time so that they can link it to the appropriate driver. It is important that they know about these things because we don't want those type of drivers out there. I understand the difficulty of being not able to walk since I was on crutches too, but they were extremely helpful. I hope it all works out
Stephen you will have to look on Burlington trailways website to see or even Jefferson Lines website those are the two buses i know for sure that run from Des Moines bus stop ik Burlington Trailways go to Indiana just not sure where at excatly it goes i hope this helps
One large piece under 50 pounds and 1-2 small pieces under 20 pounds. And extra bags are starting at 15 dollars depending on the weight and distance.
