Definitely rough road coming in, as far as the campsite goes it's about as good as you can get for dispersed. Without toilets that is. Make sure you pack out your waste!

Very beautiful area. There were others scattered around dispersed camping but It was very quiet and peaceful, exactly what I hoped for after a day of exploring. There likely fewer people during the week days.

Yes I saw many other campers
I had great signal in certain areas, but none in others. It depends on where you camp (we found a spot at a turn off eith RVs on the right side of the road on our way to the boat dock of the reservoir, went a little past the RVs, and had great signal).
Not sure if your talking about for drinking or fishing, but for drinking no, but for fishing yes, there was a reservoir on farther up, lots of people taking boats up there.
Didn't see a single bug, no mosquitoes anywhere
