To my knowledge, Clark's only butchers but I'm sure if you ask, they can hook you up with a beef, pork or sheep producer. In most cases, producers only sell half or whole. If you want quarter, find someone to split a half with
I don't think they sell quarter, half, or whole anything but they do have an amazing selection of cuts of meats. I bet they know who to put you in touch with tho to order a half of beef. They process a lot of animals each day from farmers like me

Most people take their own livestock there to be butchered. As for the small inventory they keep on hand to sell, I'm not sure. You should read up on the laws. There's strict regulations on withdrawal times. Farmers can't afford to just throw antibiotics around. All antibiotics sold now have to be prescribed. It's not the 50s anymore where they were eradicating diseases. So most fears of antibiotics are falsely claimed. Do you take antibiotics? Only when needed huh?
