The Dentist is 👍 great, but try waiting going on 3 hours for medicine for a 7 yr old with a abscess tooth who has been seen twice now to get to this point???? Had it been pulled a month ago this little guy wouldn't still be in this pain!!! And I tried calling twice to get help,good luck!!!

I have had nothing but horrible experience at this location along with wentzville my daughter was admitted to mental health hospitalization back in March 2022 and has been out of the hospital and as follow up I was told she needed a phycitrist I've done my part by setting these appointments. And not one but 4 appointments 4 bc everyone of those appointments have been cancelled and rescheduled with different doctors. Canceled not by me but by these phycitrist she's supposed to be put on medication and has yet to see a doctor and has harmed her self in the process of these canceled appointments..she sees a therapist at this location who set the first appointment and on her second therapy appointment she pulled me aside and said she's needed to be seen by a pyscitrst note she's the one who's set the the first appointment for her with me and forgot she had appointment set. .. this morning my daughter is here for her therapist and we are always on time for these doctors and I can't believe the service I've received from the lady at the front desk if she cannot handle phone calls and five people being need to be checked in she needs help then I ask if she could look a appointment up for my daughter and she said I needed to step aside so she could check in the people behind me ..she then said she could help me after the fact ..so I decided to call myself and ask wentzville location the time of my daughters hopefully schedule phycitrist appointment .fingers crossed my daughter gets the help she needs bc I'm going to call a lawyer on this place they are helping to many people and can not handle the appointment's that are scheduled quote my daughter is 13 years old I'm doing the best that I can but I feel like these doctors don't care and my daughter has ask me if anyone cares about her
