My appointment was at 0300. I arrived and checked in at approximately 0215. I was advised to stage in the gravel lot until I was called and directed to a door. I didn’t receive that call until 1325. The caller told me to head to my respective door, to refrain from opening my trailer doors and someone would come out to tell me what further actions needed to be taken. It is now 1500, I’ve been at this door for approximately an hour and a half and no one has come out to speak with me thus far. All that being said, I will never come here again. I completely understand that this industry requires a certain level of patience and I’m not upset but I’d like to advise other drivers of my experience and suggest that you don’t come here unless maybe you’re coming to drop and hook. I haven’t experienced any rude employees, actually the older gentleman at the receiving office was pretty friendly. However, I feel that my time hasn’t been valued and for that I have to give this place 1 star. Longest I’ve ever waited anywhere. You’ve been warned. Update: loading started at 1535.

Horrible place to pickup from. Appointment time was 7pm. I get a call at 8:30pm to go to a door. 7:05am they finally load me.. this load was supposed to deliver the at 5am the next morning 650miles away.. so we'll see if I can make a miracle happen..

Johnson’s Propulsion

Arrived at 2000 last night for a 0700 appointment. Wake up at 0500 work out in there overnight parking lot and wait to be called. Called and said to go to door 11. Went down door 11 with doors closed. Sat there for 2 hours waiting to get told to open my doors. Finally get to open my doors and set for another 2 hours… places smells horrendous. You think they would not like paying detention but here I am wasting my valuable time waiting on a unprofessional company to load my trailer. Y’all really think you should even charge a late fee? For the driver that will regret coming here door dash you some blue ember smokehouse. That sandwiches are amazing!
