I have tried multiple times to call and they never answer the phone. Ordered new debit card, didn’t bother telling me it wouldn’t be mailed.(I don’t live in town) then asked for teller to bring up last transaction to verify it wasn’t fraudulent and she offered to print it out but neglected to tell me they would charge me $3 for a piece of paper! Had account for over 20 years and services just keep getting worse.

I am constantly having issues with this bank. I have been a member for well over 10 years. They hold more money than Necessary on certain purchases, those holdings are not credited back to the account for 5-6 business days. Certain cash sending apps do not show up nor get taken out at the time of service.

They do several loans but your best bet is to call them for info or set up an appointment with them
You can go online or go in there and tell them that you will Ms receive it to the mail I do
