We were traveling and had to pick a hotel for the night. We often stay at Holiday Inns and have been quite satisfied. Unfortunately, we were not very satisfied here. The hall carpets were stained and the carpet in the room was very worn. There was a bubbling in the ceiling, a bubbling of the wallpaper in one area while it was tearing off in another area. The exhaust vent was completely dirty in the bathroom as well as the ceiling tiles not aligned properly. We went to iron our clothes in the morning and the ironing board was broken that it couldn't be used. We couldn't have a coffee in the room as it was not plugged in and we would have needed to crawl under a table and sort through cords which we were not willing to do since the carpet was dirty. In the breakfast area the wallpaper had huge bubbles where it was coming off the wall. Some tracks were coming off the ceiling as well as mising valances on the shades. I do not expect much from a hotel breakfast, however, it was mediocre at best. The outside of the building looked fine and in good shape and is in a good location to shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly. We just don't feel this Holiday Inn lived up to the standards we would expect from this hotel chain.

I've been staying at this Holiday Inn for years, and unfortunately this has been the most disappointing experience. It started off with the greeting. No hello, no "Thank you for being a Spire/Diamond Elite member". Just a "Yeah?" I basically got the feeling that I was interrupting the lady from whatever else was more important,.. which didn't look like much. Then, came the room. They may say they clean the rooms, but room #412,.. looks like a party had just recently occurred. Looks like some red juice was spilled in numerous locations on the floor,.. and food under the beds. Room #418 was in much better shape, nice and clean. The only highlight was the breakfast, the attendants seem to know to keep things stocked and cleaned. I think I'll stay at a different location until the reviews here start to show that the location has improved.

Positive: Location was good, breakfast was ok Negative: Was there three night when checked in said there is six of us towel desk clerk said we will bring up towel never got them. My brother in law had to go get them the next day no wash rags. They never cleaned room never took trash out the whole three days.

Positive: This hotel was exceptionally clean in common areas as well as my room. The breakfast was fantastic, lots of selections. Negative: This hotel was perfect in every way. Nothing to dislike about it.
