They sell used bikes, if someone sold them one it would be in their inventory
The owner has a no touch rule on helmets until the buyer narrows it down to a few. He then will sanitize them and store the tried on helmets in the back for 2 to 3 weeks. The shop is still open and the owner does a great job helping you make your decision!

Yes they do, it's heated and it's $50 per month, I looked at nearby storage places and they were $75 without the heat so I'd say you're getting a great deal.
