If I could give zero stars I would! They will not help you even answer questions! They are rude and do not care about your mail situation! Awful customer service! Kelly should not be allowed to answer the phones. I think her IQ is about 3 and her customer service is degrading!!!! Also won’t let me speak with the postmaster

Very rude and Half the time doesn't deliver packages when I contacted customer support even customer support was very rude update on the post office they refuse to deliver my mail because my cat is always looking out the door hissing at them. My cat has not been outside she is protective of her house and dont like people. I have many packages delivered to my neighbors house as well as not reciving packages. When i have filed a complaint about the issue they told me there is nothing they can do.

I've had many letters to Dallas, Alabama, Tennessee that never arrived or took as long as 3 weeks to show. Its impossible to depend on the mail anymore and this is definitely months past covid

Most likely the label has been printed but not dropped off to a post office yet.

Depending on weather it is usually around the same time daily..but if you have a tracking number call your local post office and they'll be able to locate and tell you around what time to expect the package
