HIGHLY recommended to any and everyone. I have 3 athletic kids who have found this to be very beneficial in each of their sports. My wife and I are past our glory days as far as sports go but find this to be very beneficial for us as well. The Owner and Staff at KC-Cryo is amazing!!! Worth it!!

Hi Danielle! Yes, all of our staff members have gone through training and are certified to perform the services offered at our store.
Not that kind of Cryo. They are more like a spa therapy with benefits similar to jumping into icy water. I really enjoy their compression but my husband mostly enjoys the cryo. On a side note for your question about eyelid skin tags, I removed mine with apple cider vinegar. Used a Q tip to rub it on and over time it shrank and disappeared.
