Ordered a Calzone. The cheese inside wasn't melted. We put it in the oven at home and the "cheese" wouldn't melt?? The top layer of the Calzone wouldn't even stick to it! Not sure where the changes are coming from, but this one is not good.

No food for me. I tried to place an online order tonight but can't. ☹ Every time I go online to try to place an order I get "temporarily closed." I called several weeks ago and had to place order for pick-up only: they had no delivery available. I had to wait almost an hour at the store for my order to get done (it was supposed to be done in 40 minutes); it took almost 2 hours to make 1 calzone and 1 pizza. I wasn't offered a discount or coupon, they didn't even apologize for the wait. I don't know why this restaurant doesn't have the help they obviously need. If I was the owner I would be looking at the management and/or pay scale to find the problem. It's pretty sad when a chain restaurant can't keep their act together.
