Been with them for over 20 years. Always paid for farm gas before driver left our property. I called last week and said I was about out and needed gas because I still baling hay. Was told driver was in my area but he couldn't come by. They told me they would call me the next day. The next day they called and said it would be 2 weeks before they got to me. I went out and purchased a tank and stand. Contacted another company to be here today. I called Zollicker this morning and asked them to come and pickup their tank. And I said I sure hate to end a 20 year relationship. Then I hung up! I made another short call then Zollicker called me and told me they had a truck scheduled for me today if that would make any difference. I already purchased another tank and stand. I said I am sorry but I have already made other arrangements. Farmers need fuel and they can't wait!

Zollicker told me they would service me after pinnacle went out of business in Warsaw. I called to receive service and was told they were not taking new customers.
