I Love the Dr's. There and the Vet tech Diana is Amazing. However I think the wait for in room appointments are to long I always have to drop my dogs off for the day. Also as much as I pay for their wellness plans I should get better rates on tests and medications.

Wish they were open a little later and on Sunday. Pricing seems higher than other local vets when calling around, in some cases by 1.5x even with the "plan". They are so busy Appointments need to be 30+ days in advance. This is very inconvenient, and they should higher more staff.

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
